Welcome

"The main objective of my paintings is to capture colors, forms, mood and atmosphere. I invite viewers to participate emotionally in discovering the beauty, majesty and uniqueness of the nature using their own imagination.

The inspiration of my work comes from memories of a time, place or emotion that I encountered. A sunset, a sunny or a stormy day, I see it all through my soul. For the most part of my life I have been captivated by the dynamic play of light, color and shape upon the landscape. I do most of my paintings in one sitting because of my impatience to transfer my charge on the canvas without stepping out of the experience or the emotion.

Nature has always energized me: the movement of a lake, the imposing presence of trees or mountains, etc. It feeds my entire spirit and inspires me to channel my perceptions onto my work. In nature I can retrace personal memories, I find the most amazing colors and perfect imperfections, and I feel compelled to share my experience with everyone through my paintings"
